Ms. Vlada Samatova is a licensed Attorney and a co-founder of Patel & Samatova, PLLC. Prior to partnering with Ms. Minal Patel, Ms. Samatova practiced law at one of the biggest immigration firms in Charlotte.

Ms. Samatova mainly focuses her practice in immigration law. Ms. Samatova represents clients in their matters pending with USCIS and also in removal proceedings. Ms. Samatova is frequently appearing before the Charlotte, NC, Immigration Court, and has also represented clients in Orlando, FL, and Lumpkin, GA, Courts. Ms. Samatova has successfully represented many clients in their Asylum and Cancellation of Removal cases. Ms. Samatova has also assisted hundreds of clients in the preparation and filing of family-based petitions, petitions for Removal of Conditions, Special Immigrant Juvenile Petitions, U-Visas, applications for naturalization and employment authorizations.
