Ms. Minal Patel is a licensed Attorney and a co-founder of Patel & Samatova, PLLC. Prior to partnering with Ms. Vlada Samatova, Ms. Patel practiced immigration law at a prestigious firm in Charlotte.

Ms. Patel focuses her practice in immigration law. Ms. Patel has successfully represented hundreds of clients with their family-based petitions, adjustments, K-Visa’s, waivers, consular processing, petitions to remove conditions on residency, naturalization, U-Visa’s, SIJS and DACA applications.  Ms. Patel has represented many clients at their USCIS appointments in the Charlotte and surrounding area USCIS field offices.

Ms. Patel was born and raised in the United Kingdom prior to immigrating to the United States.  Ms. Patel developed a passion for immigration law as a teenager, when she helped her family navigate the immigration process.  Ms. Patel personally understands her clients concerns and is dedicated to assisting them through this difficult process.

Ms. Patel speaks fluent English, Gujarati, and Hindi and is proud to serve her community.
